How do I reset my password?
On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password?" and enter your email. We'll send you a code to reset your password.
How do I enable two-factor authentication?
Go to Profile → Settings → Security & 2FA. You can choose between Email OTP or an Authenticator App.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile → Settings → Privacy & Data → Delete Account. Your data will be permanently deleted after a 30-day grace period.
How do I download my data?
Go to Profile → Settings → Privacy & Data → Download My Data. You'll receive a file with all your content and information.
How do I report inappropriate content?
Tap the ••• menu on any Spark, Thread, or profile, then select "Report." Our moderation team reviews all reports within 24 hours.
How do I block or mute someone?
Go to their profile, tap the ••• menu, and select "Block" or "Mute." Blocked users can't see your content or contact you.
